This section includes Channel Analytics for the Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

SO9's Channel Analytics provides you with an overview of the performance of your social media pages, helping you understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly.

On the Channel Analytics page, you have the option to choose any social media platform to track. Here, you can select the channel and the time period you want to monitor. Each platform will have different tracking metrics.

1.1. Facebook Channel Analytics

With Facebook, data will be updated every 24 hours and only available for Fanpages with 100 Likes or more. Here, the system will indicate how many Fanpages are updated and how many Fanpages have errors when fetching data.

Facebook Channel Performance Metrics

a. Impression: Evaluate how many people your content is reaching. Here, you can track reach, engagement rate, organic reach rate, and paid reach rate.

b. Audience: Reflects the level of activity of people following you. Here, you can monitor total followers, new followers, and active followers.

c. General Metrics: Provides an overview of the performance of your Fanpage, including metrics such as total page likes, page clicks, new likes, reach, people reached, total interactions, etc.

d. Demographic information: gives information about followers' geographical location, gender, age, or peak activity hours helps you evaluate content that aligns with the interests, needs, and behaviors of each customer group and choose the optimal posting times for maximum reach.

e. Channel Analytics: Track metrics for each page, making it easy to compare the performance of different pages.

f. Account Analytics: Track the number of posts and interactions each account publishes in a day.

1.2. TikTok Channel Analytics

To view detailed information and analytical data, you first need to post at least one video, then tap the "Turn On" button on the Analytics page of the TikTok mobile app.

How to enable the Analytics feature on TikTok:

a. General metrics: Provides an overview of the overall performance of your TikTok channel, including metrics such as followers, new followers, views, audience demographics, etc.

b. Follower information: Similar to Facebook, this metric helps you assess content relevance to the interests, needs, and gender of different customer groups, enabling you to choose the best posting times for maximum reach.

c. Account Analytics: Tracks metrics for each account on one screen, making it easy to compare performance across accounts.

1.3. YouTube Channel Analytics

a. General metrics: provides information about the performance of your YouTube channel, including metrics such as subscribers, total videos, total views, comments, and audience demographic information.

b. Channel Analytics: Track the metrics of each channel on one screen, easily compare performance across channels.
