# 1. Channel

> **SO9's Channel Analytics** provides you with an overview of the performance of your social media pages, helping you understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly.

On the **Channel Analytics page**, you have the option to choose any social media platform to track. Here, you can select the channel and the time period you want to monitor. Each platform will have different tracking metrics.

### *1.1. Facebook Channel Analytics*

With Facebook, data will be updated every 24 hours and **only available** for Fanpages with **100 Likes or more**. Here, the system will indicate how many Fanpages are updated and how many Fanpages have errors when fetching data.&#x20;

**a. Impression:** Evaluate how many people your content is reaching. Here, you can track ***reach, engagement rate, organic reach rate, and paid reach rate**.*

**b. Audience:** Reflects the level of activity of people following you. Here, you can monitor ***total followers, new followers, and active followers.***

**c. General Metrics:** Provides an overview of the performance of your Fanpage, including metrics such as ***total page likes, page clicks, new likes, reach, people reached, total interactions, etc.***

**d. Demographic information:** gives information about followers' geographical location, gender, age, or peak activity hours helps you evaluate content that aligns with the interests, needs, and behaviors of each customer group and choose the optimal posting times for maximum reach.

**e. Channel Analytics:** Track metrics for each page, making it easy to compare the performance of different pages.

**f. Account Analytics:** Track the number of posts and interactions each account publishes in a day.

To view detailed information and analytical data, you first need to post at least one video, then tap the "Turn On" button on the [**Analytics**](https://www.tiktok.com/feedback?id=7133058093574806018\&lang=en\&type=) page of the TikTok mobile app.&#x20;
