📖List view

This section includes: Features of schedule monitor by list, Post status, and Post list.

1.1. Features

With the Schedule Monitor by List, you can easily track manually scheduled posts, automatically scheduled posts, and posts from the content warehouse. Here are some features of List Monitor:

Post Filtering:

  • Filter by: Channel, post type, account, post status (success, scheduled, fails, publishing, queuing, waiting for queue, hide, delete)

  • This helps you quickly find and manage specific posts.

Delete Scheduled Post

  • Delete all posts in the Scheduled status on one or more selected channels.

  • This saves time and effort compared to manually deleting each post.

Re-run Auto Calendar

When you delete previously automatically scheduled posts, the slots that were allocated will be empty and not filled with replacement posts. In this case, you can use the Run Automatic Scheduling Again feature to have the system reallocate and reschedule the Scheduled posts according to the time slots you have set.

Bulk Comments:

  • Add scripts and choose the timing to push comments on posts.

  • Help increase interaction and attract users to engage with your posts.

1.2. Post Status

The post statuses in the SO9 system are as follows:

  • Waiting for schedule: The post has been created but not scheduled yet.

  • Scheduling: The post is currently being scheduled.

  • Scheduled: The post is ready to be published and awaiting the scheduled time.

  • Publishing: The post is being published on the social media platform.

  • Success: The post has been successfully published on the social media platform.

  • Error: An error occurred during the posting process, preventing successful publication.

  • Auto-Scheduling Error: An error occurred during the automatic scheduling of the post.

  • Media Error: There was an issue with the media (image, video) in the post, preventing successful publication.

  • Channel Error: An error occurs when your Fanpage loses connection (Facebook's policy periodically checks account connections and requires reconnection with third-party applications). Please check the Facebook account used to connect that Fanpage. If the account has no issues, reconnect the Fanpage to continue posting.

Error Post

Posts marked with a red dot indicate errors. You can click to check the error and then click "Publish Again". Specific error information for the post will be provided. If the error is unidentified, you can try publishing again or contact the SO9 support team for assistance.

Successful Post

A successful post is indicated by a green checkmark. You can click on it to view detailed information about that post.

Functions such as notes, task, topic, analytics, and approval status are only available in the Business package. These features are mainly intended for group work. For example, after a post is uploaded, team members can comment, approve, and view interaction analytics for that post.

Scheduled Post

A scheduled post is indicated by a clock icon. You can click on them to view detailed information about the post or delete the post.

1.3. Post List

Scheduled Posts

Scheduled posts are posts that you schedule for posting using the SO9 application. You can bulk comments, view details, or delete these posts.

Queued Posts

Queued posts are posts scheduled using the automatic scheduling feature in the SO9 application. You can bulk comments, view details, or delete these posts.

Different from manually scheduled posts, the screen for automatically scheduled posts does not display the posting time but shows the created time - this is when the post was created by the user. To track the posting time, you can click to view details.

Evergreen Content Campaign

Posts in the content warehouse are posts that are reposted with a fixed group of content. You can bulk comments and view details of these posts.

Content library posts are similar to manually scheduled posts and queued posts in terms of retrying failed posts or deleting posts.
