1.1. Channel Grouping
Grouping related channels (with the same topic or product) will help you work more efficiently when:
Posting content
Creating campaigns
Re-uploading content
1.2. Auto Calendar
You can pre-set a weekly posting schedule for your channels. When posting through SO9, you can choose the Auto Calendar mode, allowing the system to automatically distribute posts according to your set schedule.
Benefits:
Increase posting speed without needing to select posting times for each post.
Smart distribution system to avoid posting the same content at the same time across channels.
Note:
When setting up automatic scheduling, there might be cases like the one depicted below:
Reason for the system scheduling gaps as shown above:
You previously set up automatic scheduling for these channels. However, for some reason, you deleted the posts scheduled automatically and rescheduled them for another time slot. In this case, the system will not redistribute the posts to the deleted slots.
Solution:
In the Post Monitor section, select Options, then select Re-run automatic schedule. After this action, the system will redistribute the schedule for the selected channels, including the slots that were deleted.
1.3. Spin Content
When posting the same content across multiple channels, this feature will assist you in creating various content variations to avoid duplication across channels.
