# 10. Basic settings

This section covers some basic settings when posting: Channel grouping, Automatic scheduling, Content spinning

### 1.1. Channel Grouping

Grouping related channels (with the same topic or product) will help you work more efficiently when:

* Posting content
* Creating campaigns
* Re-uploading content

### 1.2. Auto Calendar

You can pre-set a weekly posting schedule for your channels. When posting through SO9, you can choose the **Auto Calendar** mode, allowing the system to automatically distribute posts according to your set schedule.

**Benefits**:

* Increase posting speed without needing to select posting times for each post.
* Smart distribution system to avoid posting the same content at the same time across channels.

When setting up automatic scheduling, there might be cases like the one depicted below:

**Reason for the system scheduling gaps as shown above:**

* You previously set up automatic scheduling for these channels. However, for some reason, you deleted the posts scheduled automatically and rescheduled them for another time slot. In this case, the system will not redistribute the posts to the deleted slots.

**Solution**:

* In the **Post Monitor** section, select Options, then select ***Re-run auto-calendar***. After this action, the system will redistribute the schedule for the selected channels, including the slots that were deleted.

### 1.3. Spin Content

When posting the same content across multiple channels, this feature will assist you in creating various content variations to avoid duplication across channels.

**Benefits**:

* Reduce spam with the same content
* Support diversity: ***Spin icons, Spin text***

### **1.4. Signature Settings**

The **Signature** feature on SO9 is designed to add a footer to posts on social media platforms. This is a useful tool for businesses with multiple channels or branches that have different addresses, helping to standardize contact information and create a professional look for every post.

**Benefits:**

* **Add contact and branch information**: For businesses with multiple branches or offices, you can easily add details such as address, hotline, email, website, or important links to the post footer without changing the main content.
* **Create consistency in messaging**: The signature is automatically added to every post, ensuring that your business contact information remains consistent across all platforms you publish on, including Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and other channels.
