# 14. Create order

This section provides the steps to create an order.

To create an order, follow these steps:

<mark style="color:red;">**Step 1:**</mark> On the SO9 CRM screen, select ***Lead >*** ***Sales funnel*** > Select **Customer**.

<mark style="color:red;">**Step 2:**</mark> Select ***WON** > **Create Order**.*

**1. Contact information**

After marking an opportunity as WON, the system automatically transfers all contact data to:

* Contact Info
* Order Info

This means users do not need to re-enter information manually, reducing the risk of errors.

**2. Add products**

* In the Products section, select or enter the product name.
* The system will automatically display the product price.
* Enter the quantity to purchase.
* The system will automatically calculate the subtotal for each product.

Note: Create product

* Select ***More** > **Products***
* Select ***Product*** to create pricing for the product.

**3. Payment**

The system automatically calculates the Total Amount based on the selected products.

You can also enter:

* Tax
* Shipping Fee
* Total Discount

The system will automatically update the **Grand Total** (final payment amount).

You can add notes to the order if needed.

Click ***Save Order*** to complete the order creation.

After saving, the order will be recorded in the system.

#### Additionally, you can also create an order directly from the **“Orders”** section.

<mark style="color:red;">**Step 1:**</mark> On the SO9 CRM screen, select ***Orders**.*

<mark style="color:red;">**Step 2:**</mark> Select ***Order*** to create a new order.

**1. Enter order information**&#x20;

* Select the order ***Status**.*
* Select the Salesperson, Marketer, and Operations staff responsible for the order.
* Enter the ***Order name**.*

**Note:** Since this is a manual creation process, these fields are not auto-filled. You need to select and enter all required information.

**2. Select contact**

* Click ***Select contact***
* Search and select the contact from the system.

**3. Add products**

* In the **Products** section, select or enter the product name.
* The system will automatically display the product price.
* Enter the quantity to purchase.
* The system will automatically calculate the subtotal for each product.

**4. Payment**

The system automatically calculates the **Total Amount** based on the selected products.

You can also enter:

* Tax
* Shipping Fee
* Total Discount

The system will automatically update the **Grand Total** (final payment amount).

You can add notes/reminders to the order if needed.

Click ***Save Order*** to complete the order creation.

After saving, the order will be recorded in the system.
